There is an unprecedented demand for credentialed behavioral health staff.

New staff are not being trained fast enough

Employers have difficulty acquiring quality talent



The Challenge
The mission of the organization is to bridge the gap between passionate behavioral health practitioners and dedicated employers.

However, stakeholders did not have any clear insights about critical web-based features to achieve this mission

Create personas to identify most frequent users for the web-based service.
