Greetings! I'm Ashley.

I am a behavior analyst and researcher. I earned my PhD from the University of Nebraska in Applied Behavior Analysis. I have over 15 years experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research.

My breadth of experience includes:​

• Leading research teams

• Design and study conceptualization

• Execution of qualitative and quantitative research methods

• Analysis and validation of insights

• Dissemination and communication of findings

I seek to uncover truth by using research methods to assess factors that influence human behavior. Our understanding relies heavily on identifying what motivates people to behave in certain ways. Once insights are made on the factors that influence behavior, then we can take action.
